Request for Updated Firmware for DC10600KM070_1111_0C

I am using the HMI model DC10600KM070_1111_0C (V562).
I need the latest firmware for this HMI so I can download my VisualHMI project through an SD card.
I contacted support but haven’t received a reply.

How can I get the updated firmware for this HMI?

Upgrade this firmware and change its name to firmware.zlib. Then place it in the root directory of the SD card and power it on to upgrade
